I have a dual-channel kit and I'm thinking to get more(because it isn't enough to do work and gaming), but I can't find the same RAM on the market to make a quad channel and that might result in a mismatch.
There is also an option to replace the current sticks and get 2 bigger ones however I wouldn't want to follow this path.
My question is if this kit:
-> Memorie HyperX Predator 8GB DDR3 2400MHz CL11 1.65 V
will be compatible with this one:
-> HyperX Fury Black 8GB DDR3L 1866MHz CL11 1.35V
I will have my sticks run at the same frequency(1866).

Other components:
CPU: i5-4690k(not overclocked)
Motherboard: Z97 Asrock Anniversary(which supports memory frequencies up to 3000Mhz)
Thanks for the support.

Couple things, first off your board is only dual channel even with 4 DIMMS, its just 2 DIMMs per channel. Only commercially available quad channels is X99 chipsets.

Secondly as ling as the timing is similar there is a chance that they will work together but not guaranteed, and yes they will only run at 1866. You should try and find one closer to the same specs as the original, or if you can swing it replace all your memory with 2 DIMMs of the size you want.
