Hi guys,

I have ASUS X99 Deluxe II with 0610 BIOS. When I use the CPU tuning app included in the BIOS I am getting about 3.8GHz. Can somebody give me instructions on what to tweak in the BIOS to get to 4.2-4.3GHz range?
CPU is water cooled, so it should be no problem at all.

Also, for for the RAM I got 64GB (8x8) of G.Skill DDR4-3200 CL 15-15-15-35 1.35V XMP 2.0 ready. How should I set it up in the BIOS to get out best of it?
I have just chosen the XMP 3200 profile in the BIOS, but should I also change something else?

Your reply will be appreciated.
Thanks!

So to overclock the 6950x, youll need stress testing software and temp monitoring software, I recommend XTU and HWMonitor.

So to start set the core voltage mode to manual and set the voltage to 1
Then set the multiplier to 30x
Try to boot system, If boots run stress test and check temps. If it passes a 5 minute stress test then boot back into the bios

Now set the multiplier to 31x and boot into windows and test. If you are unable to boot into windows or your system is unstable, add 0.025v to the core and try again.
Rinse and repeat until you reach your desired/max overclock while trying to keep temps under 70c and voltage under 1.33v

Every chip overclocks differently so you may not get to 4ghz or above while maintaining voltage under...

Good Luck on your overclocking adventures!
