Intel Core i5 760 and 2*Crucial Ballistix Tactical 4GB DDR3-1600

Hello!
I have a system on GIGABYTE GA-H55M-D2H with installed Intel Core i5 760 CPU and 2 modules Crucial Ballistix Tactical 4GB DDR3-1600.

System can see both of DDR3 modules, but only one slot enabled. So Windows says that installed 8GB of RAM, but only 4GB are available. CPU-Z says that RAM is running in double channel mode. So, please help me what is the problem?

I'm using Windows 10 x64, but problem even earlier, in BIOS, before loading OS

There is no checkbox and 0 value. But I tried to enter 8192 value and mark checkbox. As result there is no difference in system properties.
So I think that is hardware issue, because BIOS and POST says that only 4096 MB of memory available and only 1 DDR3 slot is enabled. But why? I can't understand.
