After my GPU driver update my pc shows that games have like 100 fps but on screen it shows like 10 .. help please

What games do you play? a 960 is a mid-low end chip and you might've been playing games at too high settings. If you're having 100fps, is it constant? how quickly does your fps counter refresh? its possible that your fps is constantly changing (like from 100 to 30 to 120 to 90 etc) which can give a stuttering feel sometimes

Sorry for long time it took me to answer .. every game lags.. LoL 200 fps plays like its 20
Csgo 300 fps plays like 15 - 20
Gta v (used to have 80 syable fps) has around 20
Even weaker games lag a lot ..

No , my framerate is constant .. and the problem isnt GPU , when im on csgo , its same fps when its maxed out and lowest possible , it gets a little bit smoother when its on lowest resolution and lowest setting

i did roll back and since it didnt help much i installed new driver again
