I have an old pc. It lags in streaming videos in Youtube etc. though net speed is fast. Will a graphics card improve the video streaming performance?

My system configuration is

Pentium 4 2.66 GHz processor

Intel D101GGC motherboard

Windows XP SP3 32 bit

RAM 2 gb DDR
