My other specs are :
i5 2400

12GB DDR3 RAM-1333( 8 + 4 )
Couple of fans
CD Drive

PSU :

Solution
Yes. Almost any 300W or better PSU is fine with that card. I have one running on a 275W PSU with less +12V amps available than yours.

It's more a question of whether you're better off investing the money into a new psu, before you turn your pc on again. If you have the funds and a the ability to get your hands on a good psu, then I would suggest you do that before you do anything else to you system.
Find a tier 3 or better off this list(http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html) , before putting good money into other components, that might end up dying in a fire(ie, when your psu goes up in smoke and takes everything else in the system with it).

The PSU worked. Only 1 day later I bought a Corsair CX450M just in case, especially because it is a Chinese unkown brand. It didnt feel great for myself to run at 80%? - 100%? power during gaming.
