intel core i7 6700k or 6800k for gaming, which is better?

Solution
In that budget in the UK and including a graphics card and monitor, you will need to go with a 6700k. No worries though, it's plenty fast aPCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

I do like to record gameplay and upload videos on youtube using Sony Vegas. Which one do you think is going to benefit me because I hate waiting long time for videoes to render at 1080p on sony vegas. i7 6700k or i7 5820k and which one is better for futureproofing so I dont have to upgrade anytime soon

The 5820k without a doubt. Get a good cooler aswell and OC it to like 4.2 and it's a beast.

Im not fan of overclocking and I have never overlocked anything before and this is my first time buying a gaming PC this summer. I was thinking of buying this gaming PC. What do you think.

I also dont like overlocking because it will overheat the PC when playing games

Build it yourself man. And a light overclock will not overheat the system. You don't even need to increase the voltage. And teh extra heat would be negligeable. Plus, the cooler i put in that build outputs the heats directly outside when set up correctly.

And te PC you mentioned has a sh**y monitor that doesn't support G-Sync which is a must.
State a budget and i'll make you a great build.
