intel core i7 6700k or 6800k for gaming, which is better?

I do like to record gameplay and upload videos on youtube using Sony Vegas. Which one do you think is going to benefit me because I hate waiting long time for videoes to render at 1080p on sony vegas. i7 6700k or i7 5820k and which one is better for futureproofing so I dont have to upgrade anytime soon

Im not fan of overclocking and I have never overlocked anything before and this is my first time buying a gaming PC this summer. I was thinking of buying this gaming PC. What do you think.
