i would go into bios and check the bios memory secondary timing for the command rate and make sure it is set to 2T or 2N
    (depending on the mottherboard)
(just guess that this would be the cause of this error) You would still need to run memtest86 to confim your bios memory timings.
    -----------------
the last two bugchecks also showed memory corruption but unrelated to network code.
I think you have memory timing problems. run memtest86 on its own boot image to see if your memory timings are correct.
in the last memory dump your ntkernel had a one bit corruption in it.
most likely you have a bad spot in your ram or a ram timing problem. Or some hardware corrupted the file as it was being transfred into memory.

corruption was 0101 1100 but got 0101 1000 (single bit was wrong, windows check for this in certain drivers and shut down the system if they have been modified)

    -------------------
    update drivers from https://us.msi.com/Motherboard/support/H81M-P33.html#down-driver&Win8.1 64
be sure to pick up the LAN driver dated 2016-06-16
be sure to pick up the Chipset driver (it could fix USB problems)

I would have to know the actual brand and model number of the wireless adapter to figure out where to get a driver update for it.
but you would want to try to update it also. (common for these to fail if there is any problem in the driver or with the drivers for your USB hardware)

first bugcheck was a bad memory address passed to networking code.
first attempt to fix would be to update the network drivers.
