I am a first time builder, and have been saving money for quite a while. I want to build a good pc for gaming, video editing, and some streaming. Would this build be good?

The keyboard is just personal preference, and I currently have a 1920x1080 monitor (60 hz) and I plan to upgrade to a 2560x1440 (144 hz) monitor in the future.

It shows you spent a lot of thought and time on this build. It looks great! I would maybe consider a different case, but that's really preference. If the 450D works for you then that's fine. Good system over all and I give you props for including cable ties and thermal paste in the budget.
