3GB of RAM limit on task manager. Is there something wrong!?

I have an 8GB RAM card plugged into my PC, it's clicked in straight.

Here's the picture to preview the results that was shown on my screen:

My games were running with large FPS drops lately, I think I have just managed to find the cause of this problem. >:-(

When you said you think you found the cause, I assumed you resolved the issue. (Cant see images at work)

I'm not sure if you need assistance or not.

Keep in mind that only 64 bit versions of windows can use more then about 3-3.5GB of ram. Hope this helps.
