Quadro 4000 temp of ~83 using 68% Speed Fan harmful?

I'm using a Afterburner with 68% speed fan for my quadro, I'm getting a constant of 82 and 83C. It is ok for my GPU getting those adjustments?

It's not ideal but it's also not unusual. The Fermi gen of cards is warm indeed and designed to take the abuse. I'd literally ignore it, if it needs more cooling the fan will ramp up.
