Ok so I'm new to this. I'm running a asrock 990fx extreme9 32gb of sniper ddr3 2400 ram and a msi r9 390x. Im having trouble getting my ram from 1333 to 2400 I changed the voltage to 1.65 and I still get the same. Can someone help me and guid me through this. Thanks!

Solution
Will prob need a boit of an OC on the CPU to run 2400, if then. Some 8350s and 8370s can run 2400, but not all and it normally takes an OC of the CPU. Try that, the OC , then enable XMP and try (might also want to have the latest BIOS. Let us know how it goes, we may need to raise the MC (memory controller) voltage(normally the CPU/NB on AMD rigs) to 1.25

I would be very interested in the results, I'm just switching from a Phenom II that I have paired with a 16GB 2400 running @1926 10-11-10-28, to a FX-9590 and expect to reach the stated 2400, but I have yer to try it.

I would recommend you to try with very loose timings of around cas 15 or higher, to ensure stability and to see if you are able to post, if that works, start tightening the timing one by one.

I have exactly a pair of Mushkin Blackline as the ones you reviewed, 997123F, mine are 16GB (2x8GB) only, I'm interested to know if the voltage limit is only 1.65v or I can rise them up, I would like tighter timings, but I haven't been able at the stock voltage.

Most of my results have been quite slower compared to my old 1600 cl7 mushkins, I would like to get at least closer.

By rising the MC controller you mean the northbridge?
I've risen almost every voltage except for memory, so I have most likely reached their limits, at least in my m5a97evo, but I just got a Sabertooth, maybe there things could be different enough.

I would like to share the results once I do the tests, do you recommend me any specific thread or I should make one on my own?

Well i did what tradesman1 said I bumped the cpu/NB up to 1.25 and I got the ram to work at 2100 I couldn't get it to work at 2400 the computer kept crashing and wouldnt boot. I'm much happier with this then 1333. The computer seems to run good and my games work great thank you tradesman1
