Neither. Wait until the and of the month and get the RX 470 or teh RX 460 if the 470 is too expensive. Both will have far superioue performance and should be in your price range. It's just not a good time to be buying old GPUs with the new stuff coming out.

The 470, if its fits your budget, obviously.
But, to be honest, i wuld definitely pony up and grab an RX 480. That will have close to GTX 980 performance and will cost $200 for the 4gig version and $229 for teh 8gig one. And i would get the 8 gig one just to be sure i won;t need anotehr GPU for some years to come. You just can;t beat the price/performance ration on that card.
Regardless, even teh 460 would be alot better than what you wanted and should be between 100 and 150. There is no info about teh prices of teh 460 and 470, but that info should be out in a manner of days, as they all launch on the 29th.
