NOW i have intel g2020 processor i'm getting an used i5 2500k processor should i upgrade to i5 will it increases my system performance?

Yes, greatly. Only get the k version if you are going to overclock. But, if your MB supports them(wha MB is it btw?) you should get an Ivy bridge i5-3570 k or non-k.
