It's kind of weak in my opinion, I would hold out on purchasing the 960 because that's not that great of a price on it. I would find your GPU second hand through eBay or craigslist so that you can afford something better, like an R9 380/390 or GTX 970/980. As for the processor, again, if you went second hand through eBay or craigslist you could probably snag a 3rd or 4th gen i5 for the same price and get much better performance out of it. If buying second hand is out of the question for you, then all in all it's a good looking build for the money. Personally, I would not invest that kind of money into a computer and not pick up an SSD, though. It makes a huge difference, and I'd rather have 240GB of SSD than 1TB of slower HDD. Just my...
