Hi Peeps,

My sister from Japan brought me a monitor and a desktop but both runs at 110V. Our wall sockets run at default 220V, therefore I need a step-down AVR. I currently have one AVR but only has one 110V slot, but I need TWO for the monitor and the desktop.

My question is, is it possible to use an extension socket for both the monitor and the desktop to be powered in one 110V slot?

Many thanks!

Regards,

Kent

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.

Unfortunately, she no longer has the manual, nor do i know the part/model number. This monitor is 6 years old. All she could mention was that this monitor is powered by a 110V outlet and nothing else :s

Agreeing with Tesetilaro - check the manual.

Make, model, part number information, etc. is probably on the back, side, or bottom of the TV. Usually a sticker with a serial number also. Copy that as well.

Use that information to visit the Manufacturer's website and look for the manual. Or otherwise search the internet.

You may find the manual on other websites as well but be careful what you click or download. Read carefully.

Okay, 16 hours googling the product and can't find it. Fml. I'll take a pic and I'll try to attach it when I get home. Unfortunately, I can't find anything on the monitor! It's clean as the baby's skin :(

Only info I found is this Monitor is from MITSUBISHI

UPDATE: AFTER 16.01 HOURS GOOGLING I FOUND SOMETHING:

RDT222WLM - 21.5 Inches

I think this could be it
