Was just wondering if this is common at all, I just got a Armor+ GTX 1070, the core clock is supposed to be 1556mhz with a boost to 1746mhz, but mine is running at 1900+mhz.

Just upping it by 100 puts it into the 2000mhz range and it runs perfectly fine at that, I'm just confused as to why my GPU stock is so over-clocked from the factory when max it should be even boosted is 1746?

Did I just get lucky and crazy 1070?

Solution
Turbo Boost 3.0 will try and boost your card to what it thinks is safe, assuming the conditions like temperature and power usage are under check. If it's running stable and cool, you have nothing to worry about :)
