So I finally dusted off the old desktop and decided to get back into pc gaming. On my rig i used to be able to run Gw2 at a solid 30fps ocasionally in the mid 20s... well i got on and my frames were LOW.. I thought that was weird but i was running an old gtx 550ti and i figured maybe ill upgrade, so i got myself a gtx 750 ti because the reviews were good and it wasn't too expensive.

well I installed the new GPU and got all the updated drivers, did a fresh install, got rid of all the old drivers and set it to my primary display in bios just in case... well i run GW2 and 2 frames per second... i lowed the settings to the lowest possible... 9 frames... this doesnt seem right to me! any help would be greatly appreciated as i just want to get back to playing my games with friends!

Solution
r u sure u r connected to the 750ti and not the igpu and all ur drivers are updated???
if that is the case, then maybe its a faulty card...and u shd consider rma it...
try it in another pc if u can and see whether the issue follows the device...
