When I had my FX-8350 it ran Witcher 3 great at around 45-50 fps with an r9 390, but my other games ran horribly so I upgraded to an i7-6700k and even overclocked it (something I never got around to on the FX-8350). I was amazed by the performance improvement in Skyrim, GTA V, and even Phantom Pain. However, Witcher 3 ran around 30 fps at the same settings as before, which pisses me off because it is one of my favorite games. PLZ HALP

They are not all for integrated graphics, there are some labelled "Intel® Graphics Driver for Windows® 7/8.1/10* [15.40 6th Gen]" which encompasses all graphics card devices and optimized support for AMD and Nvidia.
Pretty much all you need to do is run the intel driver update utility and click yes on everything :).
Doesn't hurt to have integrated graphics installed even if you don't use it, because its a good tool to use to check for different issues when experiencing part failure or graphics trouble should that ever happen...

No, but how would I do that? DDU or another application?

I'm not sure about AMD, but in the Nvidia GeForce Experience software there is an integrated section for drivers wherein you can uninstall all of your Nvidia drivers.
The AMD Crimson software probably has something similar to this, although a third party program should be fine provided its created for AMD products, and that its reliable and not a virus obviously! :)
Have a poke around and let me know if you find anything.

Ok, but I thought you said to install drivers for the cpu? That was the only thing I upgraded

Re read what I said. :)
When you say "No but how would I do that?" do you mean you haven't uninstalled the AMD CPU drivers? or you haven't installed the intel ones yet?
Here is the driver page for the 6700k by the way. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/88195/Intel-Core-i7-6700K-Processor-8M-Cache-up-to-4-20-GHz-
