I've a Samsung RV415 3GB RAM AMD Vision 1.60GHz Dual Core Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit, and i'm getting this issue a lot when I'm using wired connection, I've two types of problem; one is that suddenly it's stop working, then I've to unplug and plug in again and only then it works, this happens a lot when watching Youtube but it also occurs at random times too; and the other is that suddenly it's stop working but this time I've to restart the computer and this is happening more often than the unplug and plug in issue, from what I'm seen here it's stop sending and receiving at this point. The wireless connection is flawless, no issues whatsoever. I'm using Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller for the wired connection, for the wireless Broadcom 802.11n Network Adapter. And I also tried turning off the router and then turning back on again, it does work for the first issue, that being the unplug and plug in case, but doesn't work for the other case in which I've to restart my computer. And it's not the Ethernet cable either, because i used on my desktop and works fine.

What may be the problem?
Thanks for your time to read it and trying to help me.

Interesting.

Google "ERR_NETWORK_CHANGED".

You will find a number of sites addressing the error.

Here is one:

However, the 30 minute interval is interesting - who administers your router? Do you have any power saving settings on the laptop - what are they set at. Temporarily disable power saving settings for testing.

As for the wired adapter you probably should replace it with an identical device. Hold on that until there is some certainty about the problem.

A failed/failing device would probably be less consistent. Need to dig into things a bit more.

You may find some additional clues in the Event Viewer logs. Look for error codes or warnings or informational...

Check the configuration and settings on Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller.

Seems to be using the Microsoft default IP address and subnet mask.

If the settings appear okay I would download the Realtek network adapter driver and reinstall/reconfigure.

Well it appears that the main cause is Youtube, I've confirmed that every time i pass more than 30 minutes watching videos my connection drop and says "ERR_NETWORK_CHANGED"
