I have a PC that stopped posting after trying to work in a watercooling parts. At first when my issue started I switched out the motherboard for two others and that didn't fix the problem. I tested my PSU and found it to be fine so I RMA'd my CPU to Intel and after getting that back, tried it again but that didn't fix it. I RMA'd my PSU and just got it back today and when I just tried it, it still wouldn't post. The motherboard is new, the CPU is new, and PSU is new, the only thing that I haven't RMA'd is my RAM. I'm breadboarding it right now, I'm using gloves, and changed out all the PSU cords to make sure they work and I'm going out on a limb for some help cause I'm stumped.

Hello... hey kid you haven't given up... and that's the important thing here... B )
Typically it not the parts... it's so easy to blame them at times... But there are a lot of Little electrical connects that have to be made... and a order in which to do them B )

Try and relaxing... having a drink? and watch a couple System Builds on utube now? ... Most the time you will see what your missing OK? that's where I learn to do things B D

When you find a Time in that video that looks different or confusing to your Build... wanna come back and post the time and Video?

Johnny,

Explain exactly what happens when you try to power the system build on.

Does it power up for a few seconds, and the fans spin in the system.
Then automatically shut all power off.

When doing so Since it is an ASUS motherboard do you have any red led lights.

That are lit up on the motherboard relating to the CPU, Memory, Or Pci-e graphics card slot of the board.
And any lit for the power, and boot drive ?

Any red led indicates a problem with that bit of hardware.
And the board will not post to a bios out put display summary.

Okay so on the Sabertooth board it has leds that show the whether the computer powers, BOOTS, and whether the CPU, VGA, and DRAM are good, the led doesn't get past the PWR led. Everything turns on, HSF spins, GPU Lights up, PSU spins, and RAM lights up and will stay on but the system will not post.

Hello... On the first Boot of a intel "system" the BIO's will be programed to send the Video Output from your MB video connectors.
Can you remove your Video card, and connections to it? and try a Boot this way? set your monitor for the cable/input you are using. B /

Let me tell you know, I haven't had it post ever so I've never been able to see or change the BIOS so I tried the onboard video and it's still the same. Now I can tell you Ironsounds my Mobo has led system that shows that everything is working and currently the led doesn't get past the PWR led (includes BOOT, VGA, DRAM, CPU)
