Low fps on a 4 month old high end gaming pc

So I bought arma 3 and went to play it. I looked at the settings first to see where its at. So it said it could played on ultra, I even did the auto detect feature and it still came out with the same ultra settings. But when I started the game, I was averaging 8-10 fps. Any suggestions on what to do? I'll comment the specs when I get home from work

Yeah I looked up ARMA, and then I remembered a couple things, the game is poorly optimized, and is known to kick the ass of some fairly powerful PCs. You are going to need to drop down to low to play the game.

-Amd a6-7400k Radeon r5, 6 compute cores 2c+4g
-MSI a78m-e35 motherboard
-Thermaltake power supply - input voltage of 100- 240 vac
-8 gb of ram
-64-bit windows 10
-Gtx 960

Ok run Afterburner from home and let me know. Very likely your CPU can't keep up, that game is optimized poorly and can tend to be CPU heavy.

So Temp is looking to be around 60 at the most
