Okay firstly......i am really new to pc building. I know that my PC is quite old so i decided to upgrade it. I already checked that my GPU (Radeon 4850) is compatible with my motherboard (ms-7613). So after i bought the gpu....i heard that it requires a 6 pin connector but unfortunately my PSU does not have one. :( So now do i need to get the cable or do i need to upgrade my PSU?

Yes the PSU in that PC is only 220w and not enough to feed that card at all. You would want to get yourself a good 450w PSU to run that.

The Antec VP450 is a good one for that wattage and is usually available worldwide.
