I already have 2 full hd 22 inch monitors, and an AMD A10 7700k APU with Radeon r7 integrated graphics and an Nvidia Geforce FX5500 graphics card from my old computer.

I know the nvidia card is crap but i wouldn't use that one for gaming. The games would run on the integrated graphics and the desktop on the other one. My motherboard is an Asus A55BME. No idea if they are compatible.

Also i'd like to buy a graphics card but i'm on a budget.I'm willing to spend maybe like 200$ or so, maybe less. I was thinking about the new AMD RX480 or could you suggest less expensive ones.

To answer your first question the board you have has the correct older PCI slot for that Nvidia card so if you wanted to do a second desktop until you replace this card, you could with that. In theory it should work fine however you may have a hard time finding functional drivers for it under Windows 10.

Good news is that mobo actually has an up-to date PCIe slot. That's actually not even necessary, but still a good thing. The RX480 is a fantastic card that should definitely work with your current setup (what's the wattage on your power supply?)
Until the specs for the RX-470 and 460 are released, there's no other card at that price point that even comes close to the 480.

So, tl:dr, go ahead and pick up that 480.
