sorry for my bad english. today my computer suddenly shut down in the middle of gaming, then it won't restart normally.
i pushed the power button on the case. there's a blink of sign of powering on but shut down seconds after.
this is the video that's exactly my situation:

so i search the internet to find out how to solve this problem:

1.clear the CMOS (don't know why to do it.)

2.plug off the power button connector after PC starts, maybe the module of the case button is damaged (sounds reasonable.)

but when i checked the motherboard, i found out the ATX CPU 8-pin connector is not fully inserted. only half of the connector is put into the slot.
very strange because last time i clean my PC i make sure all the connector is put into the slot. i managed to pull it out , 2 of the +12V connector get burned.

like this:

i replace it by 2 4-pin connectors to the slot. now the PC seems working fine. but i don't know what cause the burn. and how long the good situation will last. is the loose end connection cause the burn?

my pc specs is here:

Your PSU has a 7 year warranty on it, personally I would contact Seasonic about an RMA for the unit, it sounds like be a sign that the PSU is faulty. I don't suppose you've checked that it is supplying the correct voltages in general for 12v etc.

after a month from now, i can be sure the cause of PC suddenly shutting down is duo to the loose connecting of ATX power connector.
the loose end is burned down due to connectting resistance and when CPU lose power supply the PC will shut down.
the PC runs fine now and with new cables i can even overclock 4790K to 4.7G at 1.270V
