My games (Overwatch and Counter Strike:Global Offensive) have been freezing at random times and for no known reason ever since I did a factory reset on my laptop. My laptop ran these games at low settings perfectly prior to the reset. Is there a way to fix this? P.S. don't judge the hardware this thing is old but can still run games.
