I believe the differences are mostly cosmetic, and the spec-02 comes with 2 fans, instead of just 1. I wouldn't recommend getting an AMD build, at this time. FX/AM3+ is a dead end. Also your power supply is not a very good unit. Something more like this would be better, assuming gaming is the goal here.
