First Time Build Help Needed

Hello Tom's Hardware,
I'm looking to build a Mid size gaming/streaming rig that is reliable and can handle 4K (even thought at the moment I don't have a monitor for it), I'd also like to make it as cheap as possible without compromise to major performance or sacrificing any of the criteria. This is my first time ever playing with adult legos so I need all the advice I can get. I've watched videos on how to put PC's together, but actually choosing the parts and not wasting money is what I'm specifically interested in. I'm not trying to spend over $1,000.

Streaming and 4K is kind of tough to do on a $1000.00 budget. You could come close with the build below, but will have to turn settings down to maintain high frame rates. The i5 isn't ideal for streaming either, but can work. An i7, GTX 1080, and another 8 GB's of RAM would do much better. Prices will hopefully drop on the non FE cards soon.
