Does ASRock tech support even exist?

I've written to ASRock tech support a couple of times now for some issues I was trying to iron out with my recently acquired Fatal1ty Z170 Gaming K4 motherboard. It's been nothing but crickets from them. First contact was submitted through their online form over 2 weeks ago, second contact was sent a little more than 1 week ago, and then today I tried contacting support for a minor issue (trying to get the !@#$% Fatal1ty mouse options to actually work) through the "Tech Service" option from the F-Stream app and the "sending e-mail" prompt just sits there spinning and spinning (been doing so for about 30 minutes as of the moment I started typing this post).

So, my question is pretty simple: does ASRock support actually exist? I think their mobos have a pretty good reputation (hence the reason I purchased it - read lots of good reviews), but I think I may have failed when I forgot to check out reviews of their support.

And my follow-up question is also pretty simple: which manufacturer is best known for having good support? I've had great experiences with Gigabyte and EVGA related to GPU questions over the last several years (which is why I've only been purchasing their cards for the last 5 or 6 years now). I'm assuming that level of support also applies to their mobos?

I've been pleased with this ASRock mobo so far, but the support side of things has been laughable. Luckily, I've gotten all sorts of help from the fine folks on Tom's forums, so my questions are certainly getting resolved. But, wow... a customer should be able to rely upon the manufacture for some of these things, too, right?
