So whenever I try to play games my fps is constantly changing by a lot. It is completely unstable and I can't play games. I at first thought it was my slow hard drive so I moved the game onto my ssd but I am still having this issue. I am not thermal throttling and my cpu is stable. I just can't get a good fps. Can't open the menus either in GTA V because it's so bad. Same deal I had on both Smite and GTA V. I am going to try reinstalling drivers but I will update if it fixes it.
