This has been happening too many times and I'm about to throw the printer into the garbage it is not even 12 months.
I have paid IT to come out before to fixed the issues and it cost me $195.
Now the issues is not fixed,
The printer says "Offline" I have 5 documents queue.....since yesterday.
I have restart both laptop and printer and checked the wifi connection.
I have follow instructions and nothing working.
I have window 10
Toshiba Laptop
Espon Printer
Optus wifi.
