Hi, I have recently built a new PC and I'm having an issue with my RAM. I don't know whats causing this issue but when I start my PC it says I only have 16 GB of RAM everytime when I should have 32 GB. When I restart my PC and go into the BIOS it automatically changes to 32 GB again and runs fine but when I turn it off and on again after that I get 16 GB again. I have 32GB of RED DDR4 Klevv Cras Red Creative Evolution (8 sticks with 4GB each)
that are sitting in my X99A Godlike Gaming MSI Motherboard.

My RAM is LED and half of my RAM is also blinking for some reason. All of the sticks on the left side of the CPU are blinking and the other half on the right side isn't.. I've tried reinstalling my RAM and other combinations and what was interesting was that when I use 4 sticks instead of 8 they all work and don't blink. It's not my PSU either since I have plenty of juice (1200W) and I don't know why this is happening.

Specs:
Samsung 850 EVO Series 500GB SSD
MSI GeForce GTX980 Ti Gaming 6GB GPU
i7-5820K CPU
Phanteks Enthoo Luxe - Black Case
KM4C8GX4N-2666 RED DDR4 Klevv Cras Red Creative Evolution (32GB)
Corsair AX1200i Digital 1200W Platinum Power Supply
MSI X99A GODLIKE GAMING Motherboard
Corsair H110 GT Watercooling for CPU

Please help, thank you. :)

Ok I changed the voltage to 1.25 V and it didn't work. So I tried adjusting the DRAM frequency to 2666 MHZ like it should be instead of having it at "Auto" and that worked. Now I have 32GB of RAM but half of them are still blinking. I tried changing the voltage to 1.3V and that didn't work either. It's really bothering me. All of the RAM sticks on the left side of the CPU are blinking while all of the ones on the right side arent and if I remove half of the RAM sticks they stop blinking. Please help.
