SSD shows less space than it should have

Solution
OK...multiple issues there.

1. That 'E' drive is NOT your new SSD...that is the System Reserved partition (boot info) on your main drive.
That should NOT have a drive letter. Right click and Remove Drive Letter.

2. Your new SSD, Disk 0, is simply unallocated. Right click on that space, and do what it says

3. Your main drive, Disk 1, also has a large chunk of unallocated space. Do the same.

Is this your OS drive? Or just a secondary drive?

Please show us a screencap of your Disk Management window.
Pretty sure I know what this is, but just for verification.
