hi,
am on a tight budget right now,i can get an i3 6100 + gtx 970 but gonna wait for the RX 480 and decide later ,
but i need a good Mother board to turn on my build ,i will upgrade my CPU in the near future so the i3 it just a starting point for now :D

Maybe forget the FC and start here in €s: http://www.newegg.com/global/ie/Product/ProductList.aspx?Submit=ENE&N=100210592&IsNodeId=1&Description=lga1151%20motherboad&name=Motherboards&Order=PRICE&Pagesize=36

Filter for what you need (the above gets you to LGA1151 and sorted by price), now and in the future (Form Factor, RAM Slots/Max/Type, USB, HDMI etc), then compare against local vendor (the site you mentioned is riddled with viruses). I'd suggest go with reputable vendors, or use customer ratings.

If you go there or have a relative in Europe (France?) buy there and ship/pick up and https://geizhals.eu/ is a good source of info/pricing for European market.
