Windows 10 64bit 4.1 gb hardware reserved memory

I have 8gb 1866mhz hyperx two sticks of 4gb, and im only able to use 3.9gb of it because the other 4.1 is hardware reserved. Windows 10 64bit.

Never mind i just switched my ram around and its using all 8gb now. kinda wierd considering the ram sticks are exactly the same..... hmm....
