Hello. I am planning on building a gaming pc and I am trying to find a good motherboard use. Here are the planned parts.

Parts
CPU: Intel I5-6600k
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
Motherboard: ???
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4-2133
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 2TB HDD
Power Supply: EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 480
Case: NZXT S340

I was originally planning on getting an ASUS Z170-A motherboard, but it is not available at the retailer I wish to purchase it from(microcenter). I think the ASUS Maximus VIII Hero or the MSI Z170A Gaming M7 are good possible choices but I do not know which one is better. I want it to be a good motherboard around the $150-$200 range. I would like to see different options and variables to consider if it's not too much to ask. I appreciate any help that can be given.

P.S. The motherboard should have an onboard GPU because I have to use the pc without a dedicated GPU for a short time. Also I would like the motherboard to use DDR4 memory.

GA-Z170X-Gaming 6 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813128880&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker,%20LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID= Gigabyte is a great motherboard manufacter, i prefer to chose Gigabyte, instead of you're listed above.
If you only have 2 choices above, i'd like to take the msi board, i don't know why, msi board is the awesome solution for gaming.
nb : any Z170 Chipset supports DDR4 memory sticks, and if you're not using a dedicated gpu, there's always an integrated gpu in your i5 processor.
