Solution
What MB do you have? What exactly is the GPU? Red screen ? The gpu was at 70 degrees when crashed. So the PSU, GPU, and drivers will cause the problem.
And you need some tests, like
1) Try other GPU to make sure the problem is not from the r9 200 Series one.
2) Check the +3.3V, +5V, and +12V voltages in the BIOS " hardware monitor" section if your MB has that. Or use the HWiNFO64 http://www.hwinfo.com/download.php make sure the PSU is good, also make sure the CPU temp is good too.
3) Try use the DDU uninstall the GPU driver in safe mode then reinstall it. DDU http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
