You guys have always given me great help with new builds so I thought I would ask again. This build is for gaming (WOW, overwatch)) . Budget is $700. The only parts that are not needed is a hard drive. If possible something that can be updated later. thanks.

You cant, unfortunately. If you had a retail, you could have reactivated on a diff motherboard.
The build is good anyway and you can get an SSD later. It doesnt affect frames, just load times.

I would, however try to get teh $229 8 gig version of the RX 480 as you will thank yourself later when games start pushing past 4 gigs and you can just add another RX480 and be good for even more years.

If you'll carry ove your OS, you should get an SSD for that money for fast laod times: http://pcpartpicker.com/product/7v38TW/pny-internal-hard-drive-ssd7cs1311240rb and upgrade to an 8 gig video card(see below)

Wait until the end of the month and get the RX 480 coming out for $200/229(4GB/8GB) US with close to GTX 980 level performance.

In terms of SSD I recommend the 250GB Samsung 850 Evo. Best value drive with stable, fast speeds.
Upgrade that ram to the Corsair Vengeance 16GB 2400MHz kit, goes for $57.
Power supply is solid though, and everything else I agree with.
