Quadro 4000 using Afterburner for 70% of speed fan harmful?

I'm using 70% of my Fan Speed to maintain ~80C playing games. When done playing games, I set it to 50% or 40% or auto to get ~55C .By setting those settings harmful for my GPU?

No this is not harmful at all. Fans are designed to operate at their maximum capacity (up to 100%). If you can keep your temps ~80c with 70% fan speed, that is perfectly fine. The only obvious con is noise due to increased fan speed. But in terms of actual performance, you have no problems at all :)
