How many watts does my gaming PC need?

So, i'm gonna be building my first gaming PC in a little while. I'm kinda on a budget but I need to know how many watts my PC will need.
GPU: Overclocked msi gtx 960
CPU: Intel i7 4790k
MoBo: Asus z91-A atx intel MoBo
Memory: Toshiba P300 1tb 7200 rpm HDD
RAM: Crucial ballistix sport 8gb ddr3-1600 (2 sticks of 4gb)
Case: Corsair Carbide 100R atx mid-tower

I do plan on overclocking the CPU and possibly adding another GPU so please keep that in mind. Thanks alot!

Do not get (or sell) the GTX960, and consider:
a) a used GTX970 for $120 if they drop that low,
b) the new Radeon RX470 4GB at $150- the speed of GTX970, and only 100W power usage
c) RX480 4gb ($200) or 8GB($230) which will offer the same speed like GTX980. Radeon cards are to be released on 29th of June.
