Currently using a GIGABYTE H81MS2PV motherboard, i chose this budget motherboard because I am not an overclocker.
I am using a intel Core i7 4790 and i want to know that if i get the new AMD polaris or the new Nvidia 1000 series or a GTX 960/970/980 will it effect the mobo in anyway ? are motherboards able to reduce speed or any performance of gaming?

Your motherboard isn't really matter, if you are just need small workstation configuration, such as a single dedicated gpu. Some budget motherboard also support less expansion slots, such as 1 x16 PCI-e lanes, 4 SATA port, 2 DIMM Slots, etc.
And for newer architecture of gpu you've mentioned above, 4790 is already support 3.0 PCI-e interface which 10xx and RX series currently used. So it's not a big problem using an old or budget motherboard with decent chipset specification, but if you're planning about future upgrade, you should get a better motherboard.
