So as of June 20, 2016 my wireless connection was perfectly fine in CS:GO. Averaged about a 40-50ms which is perfectly fine for me. But, starting June 21, 2016 my ping was consistently spiking up to 500, 600, 700, even 900ms making CS:GO unplayable. The thing is these spikes never went down they stayed at this ping the entire match. Now, my internet connection is perfectly fine when web browsing, downloading, uploading, etc. Even other online multiplayer games have amazing pings. It's just CS:GO that's the problem. I have looked up tutorials, read articles, etc. The current things I've tried are CS:GO MM Server Picker, worked for a few hours then stopped, adding code to autoexec.cfg, setting rates in the console, restarting my router and modem, and disabling UPnP. I am on a 2.4GHz wireless connection running through a Belkin N150 USB Wireless Adapter. Currently running Windows 7 Professional (64-bit), CPU is an Intel Core i5-4690k, GPU is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750ti, RAM is 16GB DDR3 1600MHz Corsair Vengeance, Motherboard is a Gigabyte Z97X-UD3H-BK, PSU is a Corsair CX600M, and HDD is a Western Digital Blue 1TB. Not sure if anyone needed the specs of my PC but, maybe it will help I don't know. I did purchase a TP-LINK N900 PCI Express Card to see if it will help fix it. It will make me capable of using my 5GHz band that nothing is currently using. I thought maybe my 2.4GHz band was congested so I disabled a bunch of devices on the band. Changed the channels and everything and still nothing. I really need help. if you would like any further information I will be glad to give it to you. Thanks!
