I have quad SLI TITAN after maintenance the first graphic card burned so could it be possible that SLI bridge burned the other graphic cards?

What sort of maintenance was that! Depending on what happened, the answer is either yes or no. Can you try the cards one-at-a-time and see if any of them work as single cards? If none of them do, try a spare card (or borrow one) to make sure it's the cards that are not working and not damage to the motherboard.
