Thank you both for great answers.

I think i should get "Silverstone Strider Plus i think mybe 700w) because if i Overclock CPU later or GPU, then i need more power right??"

yes, but if your psu isn't a good quality psu it might fail and in the worst case it will kill the most hardware in your pc. just get a high quality psus. they aren't that expensive, but you don't want to budget out on a psu.

I would rather go with a 600/620W PSU with good quality than a poor 700W psu.

But, i see that (Strider Plus 600/700w) is in Tier Two psu class??? or i missing something. Does it not make it good psu for the price???

Also, if u suggest 620W can i OC on it? with my i5-4690k? and like gtx 1070?

Its hard to find good psu in my country , i live in (Europe- Latvia) The shipping from Amazong, Neweeg, Ebay or any other American or Outside from our country shops is to much... So i use our country internet shops... and something like Quality PSU from SeasSonic there are 140+ / 130+ Euros.. thats like another Motherboard. :D

yeah if it's tier 2 it's good. but I personally never heard of that brand and prefer brands like seasonic more.
and yes a single gpu with whatever cpu would rarely draw above 650W.
You have the 1070, TDP is 150W under load

You would be able to overclock both your gpu and your cpu and still have headroom. but I would get a quality psu if I were you. just 1 from tier 1 or 2 whichever is the best for you.

http://www.coolermaster.com/power-supply-calculator/

On this site your build would draw approx 483 Watt including 4 fans 4 usb 3.0 usage, a gaming mouse and keyboard, 1 ssd and 2 hdd, 16 gb ddr3 memory, gtx 1070, and i5 4690k at 4.8 ghz with 3,9 voltages

PS: because of shippingcost and taxes I only buy from local websites in my country, I live in the Netherlands
