My current PC has a i5 3330 in it. I want to get a new PC for light gaming like Overwatch, Dota 2 and GTA V. For GPU I'm planning to get RX 460 or RX 470. So should I keep the i5 3330 or get x4 860k or Fx 6300. Or should I wait for ZEN to come out ? But I'm afraid the price on those CPU would be too high for me. I have like a budget of $150 for CPU

The i5-3330 is better than the X4 860k or FX-6300; you'll need to overclock them to get better performance. In addition to the CPU, you'll need a new motherboard with a good VRM and an aftermarket cooler. Your budget has to be close to $300.

Stick with it. There's no point of upgrading it. Both the 840K and 6300 performs slower than the 3330. You should wait for Zen.
