Does my motherboard have integrated graphics

It's generally not a motherboard thing these days. All the consumer-intended Skylake CPUs (the ones intended for this motherboard) have integrated GPUs. For the desktop chips, it'll either be Intel HD 510 or 530. You can run everything just fine off the integrated graphics and even do some light gaming. So long as your PSU is competent, adding a GPU later when you can afford it is an easy task.

Yes very light. Hearthstone should have no issue running on any skylake cpu with integrated graphics.
