System specs:
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2100 CPU @ 3.10GHz
RAM: 8 GB
Current video card: Nvidia GT 610 2GB
Motherboard:H61M-D2-B3
PSU: SeaSonic 500W 80+ Bronze SS-500ET

I'm not interested in replacing anything else except the Graphics card and the PSU.
Is the GTX 960 compatible with my system?
Edit*: The ATX Power supply SIGMA P4-500EW is my current PSU, And I'll be replacing that with the SeaSonic PSU one. Should i keep my current PSU?

Solution
Look for one that only needs 6 pin connector and you should be good, I know there're some version which uses 2*6 pin or even 1*8 pin which means they need more power.

You have duel 17A +12 Rails. Thats 204 watts on one rail. The 960 is 120w so that is 60% load if all you have is the GPU on that rail. If the PSU is of good quality I do not know. SeaSonic is suppose to be good Brand but i personally do not use any PSU's with higher +5 amps then +12.
