Probably not because you can usually overclock a FX-4300 to a similar level.
That assumes you have a better than average motherboard.
That said, I would not buy old tech FX today.
If you care about cpu performance intel will be better.

I'm an amd fan but if this is a new build consider going with an intel cpu. you can get a i3 cheaper and it will be faster then the fx 43xx area. just start a new thread saying your price limite and what your looking to build and I'm sure someone will help you pick a good motherboard/intel cpu.
yes the 30 more is for 400 MHz more. is it worth it is up to you but again the fx43 is def outdated cpu. (I have a fx8350 and it is outdated)

The FX 4300 has a TDP of 95W while the FX 4350 has a TDP of 125W.
I recommend going for the FX 4300 and overclock it 4 GHz+.
Spend that money towards a better GPU.

Well I can tell you that I have a FX 4300 cpu at 3.8 Ghz speed.
It is running on a Asus M5A99X Evo 2.0 motherboard.
From 3.8Ghz I can manually overclock the cpu to 4.6Ghz Kwank-gb.
You will only see a very small performance increase if you choose to buy a FX 4350 cpu model
Basically a FX 4350 cpu just has a higher set cpu multiplier by default at he factory where the cpu`s are made then given it`s model number.
Paying an extra £30 for an extra 400 Mhz in speed does not make sense, particularly when you can over clock a FX 4300
At 3.8 Ghz to 4.6 Ghz by a simple change of a FX 4300`s unlocked cpu multiplier value over the stock setting.
