I'm am upgrading my PC this summer and I was wondering how the PC would run? I play games like arms 3 and rust. Will I be able to live stream? I have a good enough upload and stuff but how well would it run?

While the 970 is pretty decent (even now that the 1000 series is out), the FX CPU will really hold you back...

FX suffers from low IPC, meaning that you don't get to use all of that 4.0GHz. Some of it is taken up by internal functions within the CPU, making it feel like a 3GHz quad core i5 with no hyperthreading.

I recommend replacing the CPU and motherboard before expecting good performance in games.

Don't even think about the 9590. Some boards claim to support it, but none really can provide the power it needs, so it throttles because of limitations in power delivery. Then there's heat output. 220 watts of it. Just. no.

While the FX 8350 does have 8 cores, it doesn't have the most powerful cores. If you are wanting to get the best gaming experience while streaming, you should consider getting an Intel i7 to go along with that GTX970 and then you'll be good to go. If money is an issue, you could probably get away with the 8350 but you'll have less horsepower. If you do need to go with the 8350, get a good motherboard and aftermarket CPU cooler and overclock that CPU. The more mhz you can squeeze out of it the more powerful it can be, though even with an extreme overclock you probably won't hit i7 power. Good luck to you.
