Hi, I am an Indian and the room temperature here is about 33c, and I am worried about my AMD FX6300 and my MSI GTX 970 OCV1 as these are reaching temps. of 70c and 76c respectively, are these temperatures too high? Also when my CPU is under load it is way too noisy(its like the sound of a jet, I read that the cpu fan was running at 5000+rpm). Am I running too high on temps.? My pc specs are:-
CPU: AMD FX6300
MOBO: ASUS M5A97 R2.0
GPU: MSI GTX 970 OCV1
OS: Windows 7 professional 64bit
STORAGE: WD 1TB
PSU: Cooler Master B600 ver.2
CABINET: Cooler Master ELITE 311
COOLING SYSTEM:
FRONT- THERMALTAKE ISGC 12 pure silence intake fan
REAR- Cooler Master stock exaust fan (the fan that came with the case)
SIDE: THERMALTAKE ISGC 12 pure silence intake fan

Should I make the side fan exhaust to reduce temperatures, because I think side intake fan is disrupting the airflow.
I forgot to tell that my motherboard is reaching about 43c and I am using the stock cooler for CPU.
Thanks in advance for answers...

76c. is fine for a graphics card.
70c. is very bad for a FX processor.

Buy a good aftermarket cpu cooler.
cm hyper212 or cryorig H7 are good for the price.

Your fan arrangement looks good. You want to prioritize intake capability.

Hot air will exit somewhere.

Thanks for the advice, but should I change the side fan to exhaust?
And what about the motherboard?
